Good to Know

Common questions

What about shipping costs?Shipping, handling, and tax aren't included in listed prices — they're quoted with your piece before you commit.
How are originals packaged?Originals are wrapped in acid-free materials and shipped in a sturdy, custom-fit box. Larger canvases ship crated.
Can I return a painting?Original work can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Commissions are made to order and aren't returnable.
How do I care for my painting?Keep it out of direct sunlight and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. A care card ships with every piece.
How does payment work?A 50% deposit books your commission; the balance is due once you've seen and approved a photo of the finished piece. Bank transfer is easiest — other methods on request.
How long do commissions take?Usually around 6 weeks. Your expected timeline is confirmed when you book; rush turnarounds may carry a fee.
